What I collect

I collect only what agreeing on a visit and carrying it out requires.

• Your name and email address.
• The address and time of the visit.
• Service details: number and ages of children, pet, shop and shopping list, portions and diet.
• The messages you write in the thread.
• Technical log data: timestamp and IP address, so the form cannot be abused.

Why I process the data

I process the data to make and fulfil our agreement: confirming the request, doing the visit, keeping in touch and invoicing. Log data I process on the basis of legitimate interest.

I do not use your data for marketing and I do not pass it on.

Sensitive information

The ages of children and your home address are sensitive. About a child I store only a first name or just an age, never a national identity number. In the “Good to know” field, write only what the visit needs.

How long I keep the data

• Orders and their details: 24 months from the last visit.
• Message threads: 24 months from the last message.
• Accounting records: 6 years, as the law requires.
• Form log data: 30 days.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself: My orders, then Delete account at the bottom. Deletion anonymises your orders — name, email and address are replaced — and your messages are removed within 30 days. Accounting records remain, because the law requires it.

Who sees the data

Only me. The site and the database run on my own server in the EU, and the database is backed up daily. Email is sent through a mail server.

The site has no third-party tracking scripts and no ads.

Cookies and signing in

The site sets only the session cookie needed for signing in. You sign in with a link sent to your email; it is valid for 15 minutes and works once. There is no password.

An unfinished order draft stays in your browser's session storage so an interruption on your phone does not lose what you typed. It is not sent anywhere.

Your rights

You may ask to see the data stored about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. I answer within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
